职位描述：
1 SC Processes & flow mapping
- Map internal processes & product flows and write SOPs accordingly:
o Order to cash including order reception, stock availability check, arbitration, sales order management in Mazars system, back orders
o Importation, storage & local distribution
o Invoicing process with statement tracker, payment process
o Shanghai importation system process
o Free goods process…
- Identify potential bottlenecks and process optimization to improve internal and other parties’ efficiency.

2 SC projects
- Themis - SAP project
o Facilitate the implementation of SC for Themis program;
o Support SC Domain Lead and Key Users in completing actions on time;
o Participate in workshop sessions, to-be processes definition, user training & assessment, go live activities to ensure a smooth go live.
- Coordinate new warehouses implementation via new harbors
o Ensure smooth management of 3PL warehouses in Shanghai area
o Ensure smooth activity of new harbors (right organization, reports accuracy…)

职位要求：
- At least 3/5 years’ experience. University, business related major is preferred.
- Full time availability, experience in FMCG company in Operations/Supply Chain.
- Autonomy

- Ability to interact with multi-cultural stakeholders
- Open-minded and pro-activity results and oriented to details in execution
- Enthusiasm and dynamism
