岗位职责：
1.负责建设和发展运营团队，组织开展员工队伍培训、考核评价及人才梯队建设工作；
2.编制场馆内设施设备等资产的使用、维护、保养和管理方案，并负责组织实施；
3.组织实施对场馆服务人员的培训工作；
4.制定公司运营指标、年度发展计划，推动并确保营业指标的顺利完成；
5.完成上级领导交办的临时性事物。
任职要求：
1.熟悉市场调研及行业分析工作，具有一定的财务知识和分析能力，具有一定的法律知识；
2.熟练使用常用办公软件，具有一定的策划和PPT制作能力；
3.工作态度积极端正、具备团队合作精神、有较强抗压能力、应变力；
4.具有体育场馆运营管理工作经验，具有团队管理经验。
