RESPONSIBILITIES
职责
？Leading New Product Introduction Process:
？引导新产品导入流程
Work with ODM/OEM vendors and internal R&D and quality team to:
和ODM/OEM供应商以及公司内部研发和质量团队一起:
oReview the manufacturability of the product design from ODM/OEM suppliers or in-house.
o评审和评估产品设计上的可制造性
oPrepare PFMEA to identify the risk points during development.
o在产品研发阶段制定PFMEA，从而有效鉴别风险点.
oTransforming the PFMEA control points to defining the process CTQs
o将PFMEA风险点转化为生产线的关键质量控制点
oWork with ODM/OEM vendors for process improvement during NPI
o在新产品导入阶段, 和代工厂一起对生产线进行优化.
oEvaluating Cpk of CTQs and releasing the manufacturing process of product & process CTQs during NPI project
o在NPI阶段对质量关键控制点和生产线工艺进行Cpk评估和准许.
oCollect all technical files such as BOM, SPEC, Critical Component Datasheet, Artwork etc. to prepare the Product Passport
o收集BOM,SPEC,关键零部件清单和包装等文件，编制产品规格书.

？Supporting ODM/OEM vendor’s continuous improvement process:
Work with ODM/OEM vendors and internal quality team to:
协助ODM/OEM供应商，对产品质量问题进行生产工艺持续改进
oValidate ODM/OEM rework and sorting protocols in case of next action after failed inspection
o对于不良批次，协助工厂制定返工和筛选方案，并对其进行验证及准许
oImprove the critical manufacturing process to improve quality level of on mass production
o 改进产品的关键制造工艺，提升大货产品质量.

？Supporting US factory team’s in defining assembly processes:
？协助美国工厂制定组装工序SOP
oEstablish & maintaining the documents about assembling processes done in US
o制定和维护美国工厂的组装工序SOP
oAnswer questions on assembly process for kits assembled in the US or rework programs
o对于在美国进行组装和返工的产品，提供咨询和解答.


REQUIREMENTS
要求
？5 to 7 years working experience of the manufacturing process engineering in LED lighting industry.
？5到7年在LED照明行业内的制造工艺工程的工作经验
？Deep understanding of LED lighting products manufacturing processes, including LED lamp and luminaire
？深入理解LED照明产品的制造工序工艺，包括LED光源及灯具
？Skillful use PFEMA, CTQ, DFM and Lean manufacturing tools.
？熟练运用PFMEA, CTQ, DFM and Lean等工具
？Bachelor degree or above in Engineering field
？工程相关专业本科学历或以上
？Good at literal English
？良好的书面英语
？Well organized, independent, proactive and a team player
？具备良好的工作习惯, 独立的工作和思考能力，积极主动的工作态度和团队精神
？Familiar with NPI process is a plus
？熟悉新产品导入流程
？Frequent travel is required.
