- b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

- 8 – 10 years working experience in the field of logistics planning in
  the automotive industry;

- 物流相关专业教育背景，或有物流相关工作经验及类似资质

- Experience in leading and
  organizing a team

- Good understanding of
  logistics processes in different industry sectors based on several years

working experience in the
  field of logistics, preferred automotive

- 基于数年工作经验，对不同生产领域的物流流程有良好理解，有汽车行业工作经验者优先

- Skill to analyse, understand and explain complex processes and
  structures

- 具备分析，理解并解释复杂流程及结构的能力

- Knowledge in the use and understanding of manufacturing and assembly
  drawings

- 能使用并理解制造类及装配类图纸

- Knowledge and used to work with ERP systems

- 熟练操作ERP系统

- Experience in working in a western company would be considered a
  significant advantage

- 有外企工作经验者优先

Overall experience in the
  above mentioned work environment at least more than 3 years
