职位描述：
Main Task
Checking the accuracy of the AP/AR third.
- Analyze the aging of AP and responsible for reviewing AP regularly and communicating with the vendors and resolve issues.
- Analyze the aging of AR and issue the aging report on monthly basis to Financial Manager.
- Cleaning the AP/AR with third and checking with clients & vendors.
- Prepare the inter-company AP/AR reports on monthly basis
- Checking with OEMs with detail on monthly basis to make sure the IC can be reported correctly to Group.
- Working with internal departments to find and correct the IC difference.
- Update the custom declaration sheets condition and make sure the extension of the related documents properly.
- Make the IC payment instruction to cashier according to the payment plan approved by management.
- Working with Cashier to make sure the accuracy of monthly bank reconciliation
- Supporting the accuracy of weekly cash flow reports
- To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and supporting other necessary projects.

Skills
-Knowledge of APAR accounting rules
-Basic skill of SAP
--Able to working with existing Finance Team is a must.
-English
-Soft communication skill with both internal colleagues and external relations.

Responsibilites
-To make reconciliation with domestic / overseas companies, and prepare the APAR report to overseas settlement team after teconciliation
-To assist team leader test the ARAP function of accounting system(AASS). 举报 分享
