Education background：
1. Above bachelor’s degree in engineering, experience and education to service A/C systems
Work experience：
2. Experience HVAC service technician, above 5 years working experience；
3. Preferred to have experience in multinational company;
Working skill：
4. Familiar with equipment building and management;
5. Able to develop test method and provide hardware and software that can fulfill the project needs;
6. Familiar with development methods and project management, with ability to rapidly master Aavid internal procedure and management.
7. Preferred to have depth of knowledge of design controls, risk management, SOPs, GMP/FDA/ISO9001/TS 16949 etc…, principles and proven skill in integrating to project environment is preferred.
8. Know of PLC, master with LabVIEW and CAD similar software, familiar office software.
9. ability to charge refrigerant combined with excellent skills performing the physical assembly of parts
10. Good practice ability;

11. Excellent oral & written English communication and interpersonal skills. Work requires initiative and judgment, within standard procedures and a through knowledge of department and corporate policies and procedures dealing with the area of responsibility.

Job duties
1. R&D Lab management including facility management;
2. To be the content expert for the product assigned to provide customer a dedicated support in test engineering and Debug engineer issues;
3. Performs tester and program development, test solution implementation, project support and support of the diagnosis and repair groups
4. Lead a group of test technicians to support design center, also maintain proper record of all machine preventive maintenance work for ISO requirement. Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and commission.
5. Provide project management with accurate and timely quotations for all relevant test, diagnosis and repair functions;
6. To act as the main interface with assigned for all tests related issues. Review all assemblies for testability and interact with the customer and design facility to improve test access, coverage, and reduce the cost of test.
7. To provide accurate test quotation for new or existing customers, or meet with customers to determine requirements, and prepare plans and quotes.
8. Responsible along with the customer to develop the test process and test specifications, that ensure the customer receives only product that meets requirements;
9. Develop and improves test procedures, tester hardware and software. Generates reports and performs analysis of test data, initiates changes in testing procedures.
10. Ensure comprehensive specifications are produced relating to performance, required standards of quality and conformity for subcontract vendors and shall be required to assess the suitability of a chosen vendor to perform to those criterions.
11. Training of test engineers, test technicians, test operators and component programmers;
12. Make R&D prototypes as needed;
