DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
? 审核和评定供应商质量系统；
? 跟踪供应商产品质量，并召集MRB会议，解决来料质量问题和审核供应商改善方案(CA&PA)；
? 对供应商产品FAI进行有效管理并与供应商一起解决前期产品质量问题的提交；
? 培训供应商标准，提高供应商管理产品质量能力；

Qualifications / The Capabilities:

* 机械/机电专业本科学历；
* 熟悉冲压，钣金，喷涂，电镀的加工工艺，具有相关流程的质量管理经验；
* 5年以上质量工作经验，熟悉现有质量管理系统的运作方式和质量文件描述能力，了解ISO9000&QS9000或TS16949体系；
* 熟悉质量管理工具（如SPC、FMEA等）
* 良好的沟通协调能力和独立解决问题的能力；
* CET4级以上，读写流利
