职位描述：
生产主管的职责：
1. 按照项目要求，做热能机项目的管理工作。
2. 按照新产品导入总计划，负责新项目的导入工作，制定公司内部的计划，协调内部资源，按时完成项目工作，协调国外工程团队，确保及时的工程支持。
3. 参与项目工程开发，跟踪相关问题，协调工程和供应商， 确保供应商产品符合要求
4. 组织编制工艺文件、作业指导书，培训操作员工 。
5. 负责生产过程中的相关问题分析，并跟踪解决。负责调试产品，确保产品按时交付。
6. 组织产品的持续改进，降低成本。
7. 组织完善BOM，修改错误的BOM
8. 公司指派的其他任务

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，理工类，机电一体化专业，英语沟通能力良好，能口头和书面读写。
2. 5年或以上机械制造或制造企业相关工作经验
3. 熟悉机械图纸，几何尺寸与公差配合，能理解和应用制造标准和工具 。
4. 熟悉电气控制，能做PLC编程和修改，深入理解控制原理和解决问题能力。
4. 熟练运用Auto CAD/ Solidworks及办公自动化软件，能画图和设计。
5. 具有较强的组织协调能力，具有团队精神并且善于总结与沟通，能适应国外出差
6. .熟悉企业生产管理、成本控制、质量控制、工艺技术、安全管理者佳；
7. 具有机电一体化能力，能独立解决技术问题。 举报 分享
