职位描述：
Your Challenges
· You are a proficient contact person for our customers. You will process customers' inquiries
   autonomously and will try to resolve them via phone or remote access.
· As a member of the IT team you will classify and analyse service requests and forward them
   (if necessary) to the 2nd level support team located in Germany.
· You analyse and document problems and solutions along the entire process chain to
   guarantee a high level of service quality.
· Administration of users and access authorization
· Support of sustainable documentation of processes, issues and solutions

Your profile
· A completed vocational training as a qualified IT specialist.
· You have been able to gather already practical examples as a help desk employee or as a
       technical support employee and have substantial Windows and Linux skills.
· You are familiar with IT remote tools.
· Fluent in English
