We are looking for a Shanghai based Manager Distribution Partnerships China (m/f) who will acquire and manage our non-branded partners in China.
At HRS GROUP “We love to make it happen”: We are the world’s leading hotel solutions provider and enable business and leisure travelers to search, book and stay in control of their hotel accommodation. It is our goal to make the booking experience simple and smart. Our booking portals combine more than 850,000 accommodations worldwide and form the basis for our innovative end-to-end solutions we are offering to global corporations. The HRS GROUP continues to expand and employs more than 1,500 people in 27 offices across the world – including Cologne, Shanghai, London, Mumbai and Sydney.
Our business unit End Consumer Solutions provides accommodations in 190 countries. Our portals HRS, HRS Holidays, HOTEL DE and Tiscover attract business and private customers and reach 160 million website visits per year. HRS has been first mover in offering mobile bookings via native apps since 2009 which are installed on 23 million mobile devices. With this, we enable guests to use mobile check in and check out or payment of the hotel invoice via smartphone.

The challenge you are up for
Manage relationships with our third-party distributers (white-label solutions) with focus on China
Acquire new non-branded partners and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, establishing first contact and integration to performance measurement
Implement new partners with high quality and short throughput times by hands-on management as well as by improving processes with the Technical Account Management team
Manage the contracting stage closely with the Director of Partnerships and our Legal department
Create and streamline back-office processes for all stages in the customer relationship
Compile and share information on latest trends across the global online travel markets
Build and maintain a professional network within the travel industry
The commitment you bring
Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
Significant sales experience in travel, travel technology, or mobile industry and good understanding of online travel technology
Proven track record of obtaining/surpassing targets on a consistent basis
Ability to drive sales and to inspire other sales colleagues by leadership by example
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
Strong communication competence
Fluency in English, spoken and written
