职位描述：
execute sales strategy and operation plans for the uncoated paper business in specific market of China, and also accountable for achieving sales revenue growth through both maintaining and developing target customers and channels.
Key responsibilities: )

Formulate and implement sales strategies that are capable of achieving yearly established sales revenues, volume and margin.
Evaluate market competition and recommend appropriate strategies on pricing, marketing and/or promotional programs.
Identify business opportunity in both current and new markets.
Meeting with distributors on a regular basis, to assess market conditions and competitor activities in respective markets.
Continue to evaluation of distributor’s performance and to implement corrective measures
Provide excellent after-sales service, by quick response to inspect paper quality issue, claim
Requirements ：
Bachelor degree;
Above 2 years’ experience of distributor management;
Flexible and adoptable to make changes to meet deadlines and challenging target;
Ability to communicate well, strong conviction of business and management decision;
Team work spirit; action oriented; able working independently 举报 分享
