职位描述：
工作职责：

-负责管理日常采购要求，处理采购订单事宜，保证支持公司业务运营运作顺畅；
-Be responsible of handling daily purchase requisitions to purchase order (PO) transactions and ensure to support business operation running smoothly;
-与采购部门采购计划管理者合作，针对不同的项目号的项目，组织和完成采购工作，特别是机械零部件和子装配件；
-Work with Purchasing Administrator to organize and fulfill purchasing procedures for different specialized projects, especially for Mechanical Components or Sub-assemblies;
-运用安全库存体系，做好不同粉碎机，共用机械零部件和子装配件，安全最低库存；
-Closely have following-up for Safety-stock System of Mechanical Components and Sub-assemblies commonly used for Different Milling Machines;
-保证发运需求，并在要求发运的时间内，提供符合质量要求的产品和服务；
Guarantee of serial deliveries according to the requested delivery date, within the quality requirement level;
-关键项目主导投标采购，提供不同报价，做出采购分析，提出采购建议；
-Be able to lead the bidding process for key projects and can make a sourcing proposal including make versus buy analysis;
-保证采购供应的高水平的质量、产品和服务的前提下，求得最好的价格和付款条件；
Negotiate the best price and PT(payment term)which are favorable to company while maintaining high level of product, service and quality;
-在产品装配前两周，预见机械零部件和子装配件实际是否就位待装配；
-Foretell and PDCA the real availability of Mechanical Components and Sub-assemblies, 2 weeks before the assembly on the shop floor.
-整理和完善供应商资料，包括价格体系、会议纪要等；
-Update supplier database and projects savings tracking, meeting minutes recording, suppliers’ files and so on.
-主导供应商实现持续改善；
-Realization of improvement measures with suppliers.;
-主动寻找新供应商和后备，建立采购市场分析体系，适应全球采购需求战略；
-Proactive sourcing for new potential suppliers and build up procurement market analysis according to purchasing requirements globally;
-实施供应商考察、审计、开发和认证；
Carry out of initial visits, auditing, pre-development, certifying of the potential new suppliers;
-领导和参与其他相关部门和供应商的技术澄清，帮助决策；
-Lead and Participate in technical clarification with vendor & internal cross departments in order to investigate the knowhow of the vendor to support the final decision;
-能与人事、质量、仓库、项目支持、财务等部门有效沟通和合作；
-Be able to conduct effective communications across different functions between human resource, quality, warehousing, project technical support and finance and so on.
-完成上级指派的其他的采购工程师相关工作。
-Complete other purchasing engineer related work assigned by superior.

职位要求：

- University Degree or College or above with Mechanical Engineering background preferred
-本科，机械工程相关专业首选
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in MNC working environment
-3-5年外资企业相关经验
- Good communication and strong negotiation skills
-较强的谈判能力和沟通能力
- Have good analytical skills
-良好的分析能力
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
-熟悉MS office软件
- Proactive, self-motivated, high integrity and team player
