Job Responsibilities（ PCB）
1. Lead the process engineering and project development teams to meet technological growth directives
2. Train up professional engineering team for advanced technology products
3. Team up engineering resources to accomplish operations performance targets
4. Timely propose CAPEX plan for management review to meet customers needs and technology expectations
Qualifications
1. Minimum a technical/engineering bachelor degree
2. At least 15 years of PCB related experiences with 8 or more years in a managerial or higher position
3. Better to have prior exposure in advanced HDI and/or rigid-flex set-up
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Good linguistic ability in English and Chinese
6. Good problem solving skills, and good in-depth knowledge in quality tools, statistical techniques and DOE knowledge
