工作职责：

1. 需要面料经理常驻加拿大温尼伯格总公司工作
1. 按照总公司标准和要求寻找合格的面料供应商
2. 负责公司日常面料开发管理工作
3. 负责与供应商进行价格谈判
4. 负责与中国上海分公司以及供应商的日常沟通
5. 按照公司安排参加当地面料展等活动
6. 完成公司交办的其他事宜


Key Responsibilities:
1.The fabric manager will work at headquarter of the company located in Winnipeg, Canada
2.Ability to find qualified suppliers according to company's requirements
3.Management of fabric development and report to president of the company in Canada
4.Negotiate with local suppliers for best prices
5.Responsibility on daily communications with China Shanghai office and local suppliers
6.Attend local fabric shows according to company's arrangement
7.Ability to perform company’s PO procedures
8.Other tasks assigned by company


岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，纺织及面料开发相关专业学位
2. 10 年以上面料开发管理相关工作经验 , 具备海外，特别是北美工作经验的优先考虑
3. 英语听说读写流利，较好的计算机操作水平
4. 要求出差往返北美和中国两地
5. 具备卓越的商务谈判技巧和面料开发管理的专业工作技能
6. 具有良好的职业操守和团队精神

Key Qualifications:
1.More than10 YRS working experiences of fabric sourcing management / development in fashion related industry
2.Extensive knowledge on textile & fabric technical knowledge
3.Working experiences with International garment brands
4.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
5.Proficient in Excel, Outlook
6.Solid negotiation, analytical and time management skills
7.Willing to travel between North America and China
8.Well organized to handle multiple priorities at once
9.Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
