*University or Technical graduate in Fashion and Textile Studies preferred
*Minimum 7 yrs' relevant experience in buying office, and must have at least 2-3 yrs in senior level
*Strong product knowledge in Ladies' fashion garments in woven preferred
*Able to work with buyers and suppliers independently under high pressure
*Able to travel
*Good command of written and spoken English
*IT proficient in Ms office including Words and Excel and e-mail
