职位描述：
Purpose of Job:
? Reporting to technical service category leader, this position is responsible for conducting lab work and assisting to develop new formulations, making prototypes, optimizing recipes and providing innovative solutions within the toolbox guidelines. Ensure the lab in order and all lab instruments and equipment in excellent conditions. Assist in the technical document processing.

Main Accountabilities:
? Assist to develop new formulations, making prototypes, optimizing recipes and providing innovative solutions within the toolbox guidelines and time schedule according to customer’s requirement.
? Proceed to instrumental measurements and keep track of information records.
? Operate equipment in accordance with prescribed operating procedures and protocols in safe and environmentally sound manner.
? Implement optimization measures to the responsible products and lab test to verify the new techniques, methods etc.
? Maintaining China Technical Center and ensure equipment is kept in good/clean working conditions.
? Update competitor’s information up to date an ordered, easily accessible.

Performance Measures:
? Maintain zero accident safety record
? Achieving good results on lab trials / enquires to minimise process cycle time and maximise customer satisfaction.
? Being creative.
? Good communication across each function group.
? Ensure customer solution, report and prototype preparation being delivered on time.
? Ensure the lab in order and all lab instruments and equipment in excellent conditions.

Skills & Knowledge:
? Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree, major in the subject of analytical. chemistry, or food science.
? Some lab work experience will be a plus.
? Good command of English in reading, comprehension and writing. Ability to converse in English will be an asset.
