职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Monitor the i***entory level from cooperate level for raw material, and communicate to regional supply planners when there is an issue.
? Ensures accuracy of information in the system for item set-up requests of existing and new products such as:
o Item Master and BOM update
o Packaging information setup
o Special Labeling Requirements
o Supplier/Vendor Update (including name/address/currency/delivery term/payment term etc)
? Coordinates with internal departments (or external parties) on projects in relation with documentation control processes.
? Company Golden Sheet process maintain
? Generates needed reports.
? Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Global Planning Manager.

·可能分配的其他职责全球计划经理。
 
技能和知识:
·必须流利的英文口语和写作
·必须精通电脑应用,如单词、Excel等相关计算机软件应用程序。
必须具备高度的驱动和以结果为导向的。
·具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力和对细节的关注和准确性。
