职位描述：
1.Manage projects from received purchase order to collecting payment from Client/从订单到货款的项目管理.
2.Manage costing, timing, quality, safety and scope of the project/项目的成本，工期，质量，安全和范围管理.
3.Liaise with Designers, Project Engineers, Production Planners, Purchasers, Site Engineers, Finance and subcontractors to execute project towards Client satisfaction and profits maximized/为客户满意度和利益最大化，能与设计，项目工程师，制造计划，采购，现场工程师，财务以及供应商进行紧密协作.
4.Prepare and manage detailed project plans/提出预案和管理项目具体计划.
5.Be the primary client’s contact for the project delivery，understand and satisfy his needs/作为项目执行的主导人员能够理解和实现客户的需求，并让客户满意。
6.Identify, monitor and manage key project risks/明确，监督和管理主要的项目风险.
7.Follow and implement from top to bottom company’s safety standards/严格执行公司从上到下的安全标准.
8.Provide internal and external reports on progress and forecast of projects/提供从内到外的项目进度和预算报告.
9.Provide quotations to the customer on variation jobs/如有更改，提交业主更改报价单.
10.Invoicing customer and chasing progress payments/开发票，并跟踪付款进度.
11.Manage complete documentation of the projects/管理项目完工资料.

13.Maintenance & service work on site. 现场维修服务工作
14.Service and Maintenance job QA and Performance control. 所有维修服务工作质量控制
15.Prepare rack inspection report and service report 完成货架检测及维修服务报告

任职要求：
1.Graduated from University on Mechanical or Civil Engineering majors, knowledge on electric/大学本科，机械工民建专业，知晓一些电气方面的知识
2.Experience managing projects in steel structures or mechanical industry/在钢结构或机械行业的相关管理工作经验
3.Excellent organizational skills./卓越的组织能力
4.Experience in managing a team of site staff/团队管理的经验.
5.High level of communication skills at all levels/良好的沟通能力.
6.Strong report writing skills and negotiating skills/娴熟的报告，谈判技能.
7.Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret contracts/熟悉工程图纸并对合同进行正确的翻译理解.
