职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据公司提供的客户信息（由市场部门SEM开发），针对客户的背景、程度及要求进行需求分析，运用专业知识，提供客户课程服务咨询；
2、帮助客户建立合理可行的学习计划，达成个人既定销售指标；
3、根据客户需求进行产品的销售及推广，维护客户关系，进行电话回访，为客户提供优质服务。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历、19—29岁、上海人不要、愿意从事电话销售工作；
2、抗压性强，能够快速融入工作并保持高效工作能力；
3、对英语感兴趣，加入公司后愿意接受定期的英语培训；
4、团队合作力良好，能够积极参加公司组织的各类业余文化生活；
5、注重细节，富有耐心和责任感；
6、愿意在上海长期发展；

晋升体系：
1、课程顾问——资深课程顾问——代经理——经理——区域经理——销售总监（以业绩为晋升标准，经理级别保底月薪1.5万以上）；
2、公司事业部管理岗实行内部晋升机制，不外聘管理人才，为员工提供广阔清晰的职业规划。
3:每三个月一次晋升，每次晋升底薪和提成都有一定的增加。

上班时间：
AM9：30---PM6：00 中午休息11:30--1:00
