职位描述：
1.根据公司业务发展需求在招聘周期内满足人员招聘计划；
2.维护拓展招聘渠道；
3.发布职位信息，收集简历，初步筛选，安排面试；跟踪评估各人员的试用情况;
4.提供招聘分析报告；
5.建立和完善人才选拔和储备机制;
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理或理工科专业，有2年以上食品饮料行业招聘工作经验；
2、掌握一定沟通、面试技巧，对人才的选、育、留、用有一定认识；
3、性格开朗，积极主动，为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，具有较好的语言文字表达能力。

Job requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, human resources management or engineering major, have 2 years working experience in F&B industry recruitment;
