1、负责网站前端的页面构建工作，依据产品需求完成高质量的Web前端开发和维护；
2、对具体的产品进行Web加载、执行和渲染性能优化；
3、在理解产品业务的基础上，结合前端技术建立或优化Web的交互方式。

1、精通各种Web前端技术，包括HTML/CSS/Javascript等，熟悉jQuery/jQueryMobile等主流js框架；
2、深刻理解Web标准，对可用性、可访问性等相关知识有实际的了解和实践经验；
