职位描述：
1、负责菜肴烹制前传递和烹制后的美化工作。
2、备齐每餐所需餐具，并保持整洁。
3、提前为烹制好的菜肴准备适当的器皿。
4、配合炉灶师傅出菜，保证菜肴整洁美观。
5、严格遵守食品卫生制度，杜绝变质菜肴。
6、随时保持工作区域卫生和个人卫生。
7、完成上级交办的其它工作。
任职资格：
1、做六休一或倒班制；
2、具有责任心，良好的执行能力和沟通能力，能够严格按照标准操作；
3、勤奋努力，对餐饮工作有较高的工作热情
4、有较强的学习能力和创新能力，有良好的沟通能力及影响力
5、有西餐厨工工作经验
