职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE AND DIMENSIONS:
General Management
1. Oversee purchasing, QCand warehouse functions.
2. Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure that set productivity targets are met.
3. Continual improvement of processes.
4. Produce and manage the KPI’s reports.

Purchasing
1. Manage purchasing and qualify new factories as needed.
2. Ensure that strong relationships are developed and maintained with factories.
3. Ensure that factories adhere to quality standards.

Quality Control
1. Ensure that QC is performing its duties correctly and maintain the highest standards of quality at all times.
2. Establish and maintain quality control procedures, processes, and documentation.

Warehouse/Logistics
1. Developing, implementing, and monitoring efficient warehouse functions.
2. Manage the 3PL relationship and ensure that the logistics processes and procedures are functional and efficient.
3. Develop methods to ensure proper visibility of freight in transit and that delivery dates are achieved.
4. Annual evaluation of third party freight providers, including costs and performance.
5. Define service levels in each area of distribution centre activities.

Inventory Control
1. Provide warehouse staff with day-to-day management to ensure proper inventory control.
2. Monitor cycle count for inventory accuracy.
3. Use the forecasting process to successfully manage capacity at a level that ensures overall stock holding and pick bin availability is maintained at required level.

Corporate Compliance
Work with accountant to ensure timely reporting of financials.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3 years experience of managing purchasing, distribution centre, customer service and operations and experience of activity and labour planning.
Good communication skills.
Good planning and organisational skills in order to execute activity plans.
Experience of managing and motivating people.
Commercially aware in order to drive up efficiencies and drive down cost.
