职位描述：
This position is primarily responsible for drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts relating to the day-to-day activities of the company, and maintain the contract management. In addition, this position need to provide legal consulting and service for supply chain, production center and other supported functions, and will have exposures to compliance, general corporate affairs.

1，Review and draft contracts/documents pursuant to the applicable laws, the corporate policies and procedures
2，Manage the contract review work flow by interfacing with other functions, including but not limited to procurement, sales, marketing
3，Organize and maintain legal files
4，Working with legal counsel and lawyer to provide legal advice to supported functions as a business partners
5，Assisting legal counsel and lawyer on legal affairs, including litigation, compliance and internal legal training if needed.
6，Other duties and responsibilities assigned by legal head
    
Qualifications:
？ Bachelor of law degree is a must, PRC bar is preferred
？ Around 1-2 years of in-house or law firm experience
？ Can independently draft and review contracts and documents
？ Good English and Chinese language skills
？ Proactive, pay attention to detail and have a strong sense of responsibility
