Your challenges:
- Work collaboratively as “Bridge” between Business teams and IT, capture the business needs at the first time, bring up new proposals of projects and products to resolve “pain point” under Decathlon’s strategy.
- Discover, listen and transform the feedback from business users, summarize and propose to project committee.
-Develop and maintain the knowledge of emerging trends in the markets, includes but not limit on: Infrastructure, Enterprise LAN and WAN, End-user device and Mobile, Enterprise Collaborative tools, Cloud, Back and storage, etc.
-Create and maintain relationships with business users so that new ideas and technologies can be introduced easily
-Work with the rest of the global teams to share and employ best practice across all regions in Decathlon Asia.
- Prepare the training of complex levels with business team to execute the best working efficiency.
- Collect feedback continuously to IT teams of new products and projects to improve our service.
If you are qualified with below requirements:l
- 2-3 years working experience in IT with strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills, be willing to listen, observe and capture the user requirements and “pain point”;
- Experience in Retail industry’s IT operation will be a plus;
- Experience with multiple social computing technologies;
- Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word;
- Google Apps - Sites, Docs and Search;
- Be willing to travel to Asia countries up to the projects’ call;
- MNC working resume preferred;
- Fluent English skills in oral and written; French will be a plus;
- Love sports;

As a retailer, the business concept of Decathlon is to collect as more sporting goods as possible. The shopping area has options as 4,000 square metres, 8,000 square metres, and 12,000 square meters, with an average of 35,000 products for each store. The self-service shopping here is quick and convenient. The sales team loves and is good at sports, while being able to provide customers with professional services, including repair, assembly and leasing etc.
Decathlon entered China in 1992 and initially engaged in the procurement and production of sporting goods. To date, the Company has established production subsidiaries in 13 cities or regions such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Wuhan, and China Taiwan etc.
In 2003, the Group established the development of sporting goods retail in China as a primary strategy for the next decade, and relocated its Asia headquarters (including manufacturing and retail) from Hong Kong to Shanghai. The first Decathlon concept store was formally opened in Shanghai Pudong District on November 5, 2003.
As the world's No.1 sporting goods retailer, Decathlon has strong capabilities in R&D and innovation.
