Finance Accountant
财务会计师

NATURE OF WORK工作性质

Finance Accountant prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Finance Accountant reports to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer/ Group Financial Controller.

财务会计师通过编制和分析账户信息来准备资产，负债和资本账户。 输入帐户信息以记录财务交易。分析会计选项之后，提供建设性的财务建议。 财务会计师向营运总监和首席财务官/集团财务总监汇报。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责

? Maintain full set accounts, preparing monthly management and financial statement.
? 负责全盘账目，准备月度管理和财务报表

? Responsible for the company's tax planning and management
? 对公司税收进行整理筹划与管理

? Maintain accounting files in a timely manner as well as ensure all the necessary supporting documents are documented properly.
? 妥善保管会计档案，及时装订凭证以及入档

? Establish and maintain a good relationship with relevant internediaries related to financial, taxation and securities such as banks, accounting firms and other relevant government departments
? 与财政、税务、银行、证券等相关政府部门及会计师事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系

? Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
? 管理层分配的任何其它特别职务


JOB REQUIREMENT任职资格
 
? At least a Bachelor’s Degree either in Finance or Accounts
? 拥有本科以上财务金融类专业

? More than 5 years experience in financial management
? 5年以上财务管理工作经验

? Experience in reporting for NEEQ Company is a must
? 必须拥有新三板挂牌公司的年报经验

? Must be well versed in both PRC GAAP and IFRS
? 精通中国会计准则和国际财务报告准则 (新三板挂牌公司)

? Familiar with the VAT systems of reporting and claims/ payments
? 熟悉增值税系统报告和索赔/付款程序

? Familiar with the PRC tax system and incentives/ rebates
? 熟悉中国税收制度和奖励/回扣

? Additional knowledge on import and export taxes, trade finances is a plus
? 拥有进出口税务和贸易资金的知识/经验者将会优先考虑 举报 分享
