- 核实用户服务期状态，包括证书维保期、联系人信息等；
- 准确分派售后需求到相应团队；
- 审核售后案例历史状态；
能力要求：
- 0.5年+工作经验，售后技术支持经验者优先考虑
- 本科以上学历，计算机专业
- 熟悉Windows操作系统，Office软件（Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook）
- 基本了解网络技术知识
- 多进程任务能力和出色的时间管理能力
- 熟悉各类操作系统、数据库、网络产品者优先考虑
- 英语口语流利优先考虑
- 考虑应届毕业生
