职位描述：
– 项目文件书面翻译
Projects relative documents translation and other small translation tasks
– 协助工厂经理准备PPT,数据分析,项目相关资料
Assistance to PM (writing PPT, excel data analysis, preparing projects, etc.)
– 支持升级项目（供应商与公司内部的协调，与供应商的互动，以确保项目需求在一开始就被充分理解，并主动按照公司要求跟进）
Supporting the upgrading projects (Coordination between suppliers and company internal, Interaction with supplier in order to ensure the project requirements are well understood at the very beginning, with initiative to follow up according to company requirements)
– 负责来访客人的邀请函及派遣函
Preparing invitation letters and dispatch letters for visitors
– 协调来访客人的行程安排（酒店预订，车辆安排，订餐）
Coordination for visitor’s travel arrangements (hotel reservation, transportation, meals)
– 营运及生产物品的采购及管理
Management of purchasing, provide and use for production relatives
– 工作服的订购发放及回收管理
Purchasing, providing and Recycling Uniform
– 办公设备保养、维修的联系工作
The liaison work of office equipment maintenance and repair
– 行政部其他事务管理

岗位资格
Job Qualification

学 历/Education:
– 本科及以上学历
College graduate or above
工作经验/Experience:
– 两年以上工作经验
At least two years’ experience
外语水平: – 良好的听说读写能力，口语流利，口语不行请勿投递
Foreign language skills: Good level of English - in writing、understanding and speaking
计算机水平: – 熟练运用OFFICE软件
Computer skills: Familiar with OFFICE software
其他技能:Other skills: – 有制造业工作经验者优先
Related working experience in Manufacture industry (preferred)
– 良好的沟通能力
Good communication skills
– 具有团队合作精神
