职位描述：

Duties and responsibilities:

· Planning and coordinating of QC staff incl. capacity planning.

· Planning of upcoming new products (Samples) and its required toolings.

· Prepare Inspection reports of QC.

· Arrange Material checkreports for chemical compositions and/ or mechanical properties.

· Prepare Sample Checkreports for Endcustomers.

· Work close with the SCE for Supplier improvements

· Responsible for annual checkup/calibration of inspection equipment, and replace toolings were necessary.

· Responsible for QC-Staff internal training, arrange external training were necessary (CMM…)

· Resopnsible for improving QC department (QC-Processes,Efficiency…)

· Reporting directly to Production Leader

Requirements

· English language skills necessary. Spoken and written.

· Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Good knowledge of QC related Western Standards and Norms (DIN / ISO).

· Extensive knowledge of general QC related tools, such as micrometers, calipers, Go-No go gauges, Hardness tester, Layer thickness thester.

· CMM knowledge (operation) desirable.

· CMM - How to use in QC to improve efficiency, Necessary.

· Independent.

· 35 to 45 Years old.

工作时间：做五休二， 周末双休，8:00-16:30
