职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Establish clear and timely lines of professional communication with my colleagues in the UK and Asia, and my suppliers
- Maintain clear and accurate quotation sheets for all development ensuring samples are delivered to our UK colleagues on a timely basis
- Support the sourcing process from supplier engagement through to supplier set up
- Maintain accurate purchase order records and critical path trackers from all my suppliers, flagging delivery risk a timely basis to my colleagues in Asia and the UK
- Support the sealing and approval process from order through to delivery with accurate record keeping
- Attend weekly progress meetings with my Technical colleagues in Asia
- Have a thorough understanding of our operating procedures and be familiar with all necessary systems and ways of working
- Understand our business vision and goal and play a positive role in making Sainsbury’s Asia a great place to work

Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience in Merchandising
- Good understanding of the production process
- Good written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- College degree and above
