职位描述：
Nautilus Food (Shanghai) company limited, a French, dynamic company established in China for about 10 years is looking for expending its business on imported goods. To support our expansion projects we are looking for a MERCHANDISER RETAIL IMPORT FOOD.

Job responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the operating manager, the applicant would be:
？Responsible for the sales management of its category (imported canned tuna) in Retail sector, mainly online shops, hypermarkets & supermarkets chains.
？In daily contact with retailers & distributors. Regular visits to outlet or website.
？Answering inquiries, solving problems and pushing orders.
？Contract, promotion and price negotiation.
？Support sales by organizing regular animations & promotions.
？Supervise team of promoters in stores to ensure replenishment of stock and good facing.
？Support administration & accounting by collecting delivery receipt & contracts
？Develop new sales channels (internet, food services and convenient stores) & new regional distributors.

Applicant profile:
The right applicant shall have below profile and proven skills:
？Chinese candidate.
？2 to 3 year experience in food industry (food / canned food would be a plus) or/and retail.
？Communicate easily in English.
？Good business negotiation abilities and communication skills, understanding the business process, familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
？Strong interpersonal skills and language ability, optimism, confidence, dedication, and good team spirit.
？Dynamic and looking for challenges in a growing environment.

Remuneration:
？Starting at 6000 RMB gross salary per month negotiable according experience + strong monthly sales incentives + yearly super bonus.
？Mobile phone fees & Public transportation covered by company.
？Social & one medical check-up per year covered by company.
？Public holidays compensation working days are offered as employee welfare by company (8 days per year).
