职位描述：
Job purpose:
？ Position holder will cover application operations and support, central and local project initiatives and application support in Heineken China.
？ He/she will have responsibilities to act 1st level support by analyzing and troubleshooting the issue, maintenance support of the business & operational systems and its supporting that meets the business and operation requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1, Act as 1st level support/services provider to analysis and solve the low-level issues of all Heineken applications to the end users according to SLA.
- Provide 1st level support
- Coordinate the escalation of issues to 2nd level support and ensure their resolution.
- Assist IT solution team to deliver the new solution/application to the end users and provide the training and guideline.
- Communicate, collaborate and share information with other IT teams in order to improve the quality of the IT services.
2, Business application operation & support
- Act as primary point of contact for all technical issues related to application system.
- Identify problems and take responsibility for successful resolution of issues, including reporting of bugs.
- Conduct technical discussions with prospective on benefits of application system
- Create Knowledge Base articles for technical resolution.
- Work on multiple projects/problems simultaneously
3, Business system maintenance & monitoring.
- Monitor the situation of system running.
- System user access management and access rights review periodical.

Qualifications:
？ 1, Information Technology Degree in a recognized university, Major Information Technology or related area
？ 2, More than 5 years with a minimum 2 years of application operation and support
？ 3, Strong IT background on business system support is must.
？ 4, Be proficient in database technology (SQL server or Oracle) and application development.
？ 5, Good experience and knowledge of JDE, MAXIMO, FuturMaster, SharePoint or customized business system.
？ 6, Expertise with Microsoft Excel/Access/VBA/C# and other web technologies would be a plus.
？ 7, Skills technical to analyzing business system issue and fix solution delivery.
？ 8, Understanding of commercial operations, finance and logistics business processes are advantageous.
？ 9, Fluent English language skills and work experience in a multi-national environment are advantageous. 举报 分享
