职位描述：

主要职责：

1.对新增供应商信息表、新增物料代码、采购价格的审核工作需及时准确完成。

2.根据采购申请单(采购订单)、入库单、发票按内控要求完成三单匹配, 准确及时将采购数据录入，提供采购与存货分录报告。

3.对费用类支出准确及时录入系统。

4.每月编制材料实际价格与系统价格（采购价和标准成本）的差异分析报告，对每笔采购业务的物流费用实施配对，未收到物流费用的发票办理预估，每月提供采购费用报告。

5.每月对所有主要材料按物料代码与去年平均价格对比的明细分析，编制月度材料涨跌价分析表，包含材料补差、加工费用和汇率影响等。

6.每月对未接受发票的暂估入库，请相关部门予以确认并落实下月发票的及时入帐。

7. 编制月度应付账款的帐龄分析表。

8.负责对应付款有余额的客户，实施每季供应商询证函工作。
