职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责从产品开发推广、谈判、报价到产品出货，带领团队完成销售指标；
2、掌握行业信息，洞察行业发展趋向；
3、主导客户订单操作，确保重点客户订单操作顺畅及处理无差错。
4、负责市场信息的收集与分析，制定培训计划并落实培训的发展，提升团队业务能力，促进业务增长；
5、具有服务意识和团队合作精神。
职位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，优秀的日语书面及口头表达能力；
2、有5年以上外贸、纺织品产品行业经验，有团队管理经验者优先录用；
3、熟悉外贸和产品开发管理流程，具备同行领域扎实的基础知识；
4、较强的商业意识及谈判技巧，开拓能力强；
5、具有较强的进取精神和团队意识，工作认真，责任心强，抗压性强；
6、有一定的客户资源者优先。无外贸经验或者日语不熟练者请勿试；
