职位描述：
工作职责：
Be fully responsible for administration works. To establish and optimize Admin. Policy/procedure/process etc.; And help to manage supplier service contract; Manager Admin. Team.
全面负责公司行政后勤事务的管理；制定并完善相关行政政策、制度、流程等; 协助管理供应商合同；管理行政团队。
1.Fully responsible for Admin works, such as shuttle bus, business car, air ticket, hotel, courier, reception, cleaning, etc. to provide best service.
负责公司的相关行政服务工作，如班车、商务车、机票、酒店、快递、前台、卫生、手机费等，提供优质的后勤保障；
2.Expatriate administration support，handle expatriate service (Dispatch Letter, Invitation Letter preparation ,Work Permit and residence permit application and renewal);
外籍行政事务支持，办理外籍的邀请信、派遣信、工作证及居留许可申请及延期
3.Establishing and perfecting related Admin policy and procedure/process to ensure the effective implementation in site
建立并完善行政相关政策及制度流程,，并确保其在site的执行
4.Coordinate and manage admin team and implement performance management effectively.
行政团队的工作协调、管理及绩效评估。
5.Control and reduce Admin cost, at same time to improve service quality.
控制并降低行政成本、同时不断提高行政服务质量。
6.Provide Admin. reports and professional analysis accurately and punctually.
准时、准确提供行政报表及专业分析。
7.Assist other dept. to manage supplier and service contract and facilities etc.
协助相关部门做好供应商管理、合同的管理、行政设施管理等。
8.To ensure the consumable in safety store and timely purchase.
确保行政用品、耗材的及时采购及安全库存管理。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree, HR Management is priority
大学本科毕业，有HR管理经验者优先
2. At least 3-years’ experience in HR Admin
有3年及以上HR行政管理经验
Have ER related experience preferred
