职位描述：
Title: Business Engagement – MDU IT China
Position Locale: Local / Onsite
Location Details: Shanghai, China
Responsibilities:
The business engagement role will be accountable to work with the LDCCMAC dedicated group and broader IT components to implement specific local capabilities and global solutions for LCDDMAC.
The key responsibilities in this position will include but are not limited to:
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
? Understands, supports, and trans on-site personnel on appropriate existing and in-process MDU IT assets, including systems in area of various funcitons in LCDDMAC
? Partner with site specific and global LRL/MDU personnel to understand business needs and priorites
? Provides IT support to regulatory submission at China site.
? Provides onsite trouble shooting on China MDU asset and infrastructure issues and actively works to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
? Work together with China MDU solution delivery personnel to recommend, prioritize, develop and implement China MDU solutions.
? Vendor management
Basic Qualifications:
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Pharmacy-related field
? Strong and broad IT technical knowledge, broad knowledge in medical fields.
? Quick learner
? Good communication skills and active team player
? Experience in research and development environment in pharmaceuticlal industry
? Patient, honest, responsible, helpful, customer-oriented
? Ability to muilti-task effectively
? Proficiency in office software

Additional Skills/Preferences:
? Prior experience working in pharmaceutical companies.
? Experience or understanding of regulatory submission process in China
? Experience in clinical development area
? Intellectual curiosity, external perspective, innovation interest
? Interpersonal and relationship skills
