Core Responsibilities:
Implement learning and talent development strategies, tactics, assessment/development systems and tools based on aligned strategies with execution excellence;
Create the succession and talent development programs to build the talent pipeline at different levels;
Set and boost coaching/mentoring and learning culture in the organization by using various tools and techniques;
Conduct employee engagement programs and organize regular naked people gathering to enhance employees job satisfaction and commitment;
Support naked properties on HR operations and pre-opening trainings and represent naked brand when task force in properties;
Install naked DNA to every naked People by effective training and implement talent development and management initiatives;
Provide key input of learning and talent development aspects for all activities and plans;
Prepare annual learning and development plans and calendars based on Forecasts, and determines both internal and external training resources; Strategic training plan supported by internal and external selected training sources;
Develop professional and fun orientation to facilitate the new employees to familiarize naked Family quickly and nicely;
Provide learning and development opportunities to trainers to maximize staff potential and enhance job performance;
Manage trainers to ensure services provided meet brand standard and customer needs;
Interact and partner with line managers and staff to identify training needs;
Communicate learning and talent development needs analysis results to Human Resources Extraordinaire and concerned division/ department heads;
Develop/update and conduct learning and development courses, and review learning progress and effectiveness;
? Introduce naked DNA and core service skills and knowledge training and ensure department heads to prepare induction program for new employees;
Support individual and team development, career development, and training and experience-based learning;
Set up learning and development function and build up Trainers Club in properties;
Constantly monitor the learning and talent development effectiveness of the properties;
Create fun and learning e***ironment in the company;
Other tasks related to learning, development and change.
Core Competencies & Technical Knowledge/skills:
Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent people management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc
Education/Certifications:
Bachelors degree or above,
8 years relevant experience of L&D system set up and training management.
Pharmaceutical R&D center or pharmacy industry is prefer.
