职位描述：
Main Task 主要职责:
1. Support licensees/suppliers on 2-Stroke engine cast/forged component manufacturing for quality ensurance, communication between licensees, suppliers and WinGD for manufacturing feedback and quality improvement. 为二冲程发动机专利厂和供应商的铸件和锻件制造提供支持，确保质量，保持专利厂、供应商和WinGD之间关于制造工艺反馈和质量改进的沟通交流
2. Support new castings/forgings or new suppliers to make products first time right, collect feedback, set up improvement plan if necessary 为新的铸件和锻件的首次制造，新供应商的首次生产提供支持，收集反馈，如有需要提供改进计划
3. Develop suppliers for cast/forged components, support FTPA/SA/Localization tasks, set up supplier selection criteria and perform supplier audit 开发铸件/锻件供应商，为FTPA/SA/国产化提供支持，制定供应商选择标准，进行供应商审核。
4. Support design experts towards manufacturing friendly design and cost competitiveness, support correct information on drawings for any casting/forging relevant information. 为设计部门提供支持，提高设计的可制造性和成本竞争力，为铸造和锻造提供相关的正确的图纸信息。
5. Perform casting simulation for selected parts, recommend suitable design for casting, communicate casting simulation result with R&D and external customers for optimized casting process and cost competitiveness 对指定零部件进行铸造模拟，推荐适合的设计方案，就模拟结果与研发部门和客户进行交流，以优化铸造过程，提高成本竞争力。
6. Quality issue investigation and improvement plan set up 调查质量问题，改进流程设定
7. Support warranty cases, carry out failure analysis, contribute to warranty cost reduction 为保修期内的质保服务提供支持，进行故障分析，协助降低保修成本
8. Act as task leader as required, e.g. supplier development, supplier approvals, operation support tasks, etc. 如有需要，能担任具体项目的负责人，如：开发供应商，供应商审核，运营支持项目等。

Education, Experience, Skills desired 教育背景、经历技能要求:
? BSc in materials processing, major in casting or foundry technology 材料工程学士，专业为铸造或锻造
? At least 10 years’ experience in foundry or related environment, familiar with large ferrous casting (grey cast iron, nodular cast iron and steel castings) and forgings; 在相关领域至少有10年工作经验，熟悉有色金属铸造（如：灰铁、球铁，钢铸件）和锻造
? Experience in quality control and assurance desired 有质量管控经验，确保产品符合要求
? Experience in casting simulation and interpretation of simulation results 有铸造模拟经验，并能解读模拟结果
? Project management experience highly desirable 希望有项目管理经验
