1、主要负责研究项目执行及管理工作。
2、做好项目通知、确认、回收、反馈等工作，确保项目顺畅执行；
3、对***人员以及外地执行个代的招聘、培训（基础培训/项目培训）及管理；
4、协助项目经理参与一定客户服务。

岗位要求：
1、有从事市场调研行业经验，有较强的项目管控能力优先考虑；
2、良好的电脑操作能力；
3、有高度的责任心，有组织能力，较强的沟通协调能力；
4、性格开朗，独立，自我管理意识强，工作积极，能适当出差；
