职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:

？ Station at on-site leasing office to assist site manager for walk-in and third party inspections
？ Be able to do presentations with fluent English and knowledge of the property
？ Cold call tenants to introduce the project and schedule inspections and meetings
？ Assist project managers on internal and external marketing collaterals and initiatives
？ Learn negotiation skills to do basic negotiation with prospects
？ Coordinate and maintain relationship with landlord and property management
？ Maintain accurate and update prospects records and registration forms. Assist project manager on leasing report.
？ Coordinate with internal and external agents for transactions.
？ Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications:
？ Diploma or degree holder with at least one year working experience in property sales and leasing;
？ Possess a strong understanding and interest in real estate;
？ Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
？ Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges;
？ Possess excellent communication and presentation skills; and
？ A holder of a valid estate's agent license preferred. 举报 分享
