职位描述：
Position Overview:
1. Support SZ Team (Shen Zhen) on re-design projects based on private Label and Starbucks client and own Brands (Slant) needs on existing products to extend product life cycle and merchandise programs pitching, including not limited to - supplying creative ideas, artwork design.
2. Participate in the whole product development process and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming meetings down the road to developing style guide, color pallet, specific design proposal, color-ups, design revisions based on Shenzhen Graphic design team feedback, sample release till approval.
3. Constantly collect graphic trend information and new color ideas through market walk and web search, and share seasonal knowledge within team.
4. Highly flexible and good understanding of commercial operation cycle. Detailed oriented, good sense of meeting deadlines.
5. Adhere to PMI policies and support Management decisions and goals in positive, professional manner.
Proficiencies:
1. Strong hand drawing design skills, professional graphic design related skills
2. Understanding of global graphics and design trends, particularly in Asia with its culture uniqueness, fluent English is preferred.
3. Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Adobe Photo Shop/Illustrator, including not limited to –CAD, Pro-E
4. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively. Individuals ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
6. Ability to balance a complex workload and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to study and apply new information
8. Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
9. Exhibit a professional, business like appearance and demeanor.
