职位描述：
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic customer service executives to join our team.

Daily tasks will include

1. Contacting existing customers by telephone.
2. Database input and management.
3. Promoting the company by attending events.
4. Updating social media.
5. Calendar management
6. Answering customer enquiries via email, telephone, and WeChat

Requirements:
Experience not necessary as training will be provided.

- Chinese national
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Positive can-do attitude
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- IT literacy


Conditions

This is a full-time position working 40 hours over 5 days per week, including one day at the weekend.

大家好，我们的公司是为小朋友提供国际象棋授课的服务行业公司，纯外企，虽然公司不大，但是都是外籍员工，老板也都是外籍人士，用英文交流。现在需要人手来做市场、销售和日常行政管理方面的工作。每周能保证做五休二，但是有时候周末会去参加市集，所以需要调休。
