职位描述：
Responsibilities,
1.Evaluate application analysis and perform design studies to present design options and packaging solutions including cost implications to customer and develop design proposals to meet the customer demands.
2.Responsible for overseeing the engineering team to insure we are applying our product line to our customer’s vehicles and providing the technical support at our customer for our Sales Department.
3.Act as key interface with the original equipment customers on new business opportunities during development and through launch of new vehicle and support cost reductions and the maintenance of current vehicle applications.
4.Develop competences and way of working to increase Dana OH business in China and APAC region
5.Develop Customer Application Knowledge and train Application Engineering Team, to ensure Applications are suitably designed for our Customers
6.Increase our interactions with OH Global Technical Centres, Arco (Italy) and Brugge (Belgium) to provide our Customers with Dana best support.
7.Develop technical knowledge for all current products, TM, axles and driveshaft and present new Dana technologies to Off Highway OE customers.
8.Provide technical support to the customer, manufacturing plants and sales department during sourcing, vehicle development, launch, and throughout production.
9.Communicate customer needs and concerns throughout all levels of the organization both verbally and through various written texts and presentations.
10.Insure new programs are on time and follow the design review process and Dana Stage Gate process.
11.Guide applications engineers to interpret and understand customer expectations and insure the team follows the development process correctly.
12.Ensure reliability program plans include product assurance engineering activities that are planned and executed according to schedule and satisfy all development requirements.
13.Actively monitor warranty performance and lead problem-solving efforts for emerging warranty issues.
14.Engage with Product Support Team to ensure customer issues are timely addressed and resolved.

Requirements,
1.Bachelor Degree in engineering related field. Master Degree is suggested.
2.8 years minimum experience in engineering with a strong understanding of driveline components
3.Prior management experience required with strong customer relationship skills.
4.Strong organizational, team building, problem solving, planning, decision-making & interpersonal skills.
5.Understanding of engineering prints and specifications.
6.Proficiency in written and oral communications; PC software; and presentation skills.
7.Must be fluent in English (Mandarin fluency also preferred)
8.Must be willing to travel within China and Asia Pacific as needed and work non-normal business hours.
9.Must be a self-directed and motivated individual who is willing to accept responsibility.
10.Successful candidate will have knowledge of automotive quality standards including APQP, DVP&R, DOE, 8D, PPAP, VE/VA, FMEA and auditing. 举报 分享
