Responsibilities:

  

• Coordinate with Design team/ Client to follow-up daily design or site issues, and manage contracts/agreements.

• Take lead on quality control issues and to generate inspection report to Project Director and Design team leader.

• Create and oversee project plans and schedules

• To Coordinate with internal divisions and external clients on invoices and payment tracking issues, to follow up invoices and payment are issued and received under schedule.

• Review shop drawing / provide technical advice and coordination

• Design Presentation/coordination meeting/Translation.

• Ensure the development teams understand the work to be done

• Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information

                

 

  

Qualifications/Requirements:

  

 

  

• University graduates with at least 5 years relevant working experience.

• Proven skills in computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Photoshop/ CA

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

• Great collaboration skills with a professional and positive attitude

• Working knowledge of office procedures / Design procedure.

• Independent worker who possesses initiatives

• Be responsible for the tasks he/she is assigned to.

• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, white boarding and presentation  in fluent English / Mandarin.

• Have basic knowledge of manage / consolidate information into readable/ understandable format for designer or client.

• Ability to introduce, drive, manage and execute new ideas and change in a fun, quickly evolving environment
