Merchandising GM
This Is A Fashion Sourcing Company From US

Stronger experience
Probably a minimum of 20-years sourcing experience from fashion products, bags, textile, garment or some related.
A depth and breadth of diverse experiences within the fashion sourcing area
Experience turning an operation around or fixing an operation that is broken is important – this is much harder than opening a new office or building a new team
Very strong leadership acumen
Ability to lead, manage and direct a team – particularly in a time of change
Ability to command respect and inspire a team to follow them
Decisive leader – ability to analyze a problem, recommend corrective action and make difficult decisions when required
Experience with the U.S. market and working with or for an American company
Experience working for fashion and/or fast fashion brands – category experience is less important then somebody who understands the rapid pace of a fashion business.
