Main Tasks:

-与奥地利一起管理和协调成本计算和报价程序；/Manage and coordinate the cost calculation and quotation process with Austria;

-管理和更新的中国项目列表中的概述；/Manage and update the overview of China project list;

-与奥地利的内部销售部门管理和协调客户的合同；/Manage and coordinate the customer contract with Austria internal sales department;

-与总部项目团队协调，以获得相关文件（如IMDS，ISIR，PPAP等）；/Coordinate with headquarter project team to get the related documents (like IMDS, ISIR, PPAP and so on);

-统计管理（收入，价格，数量的预测等）；/Statistics management ( revenue, price, quantity forecast and so on);

-样品的订单管理；/Samples order management;

-海关清关，直到建立物流部门；/Customs clearance until logistic department established;

-协调和跟踪交货时间；/Coordinate and track the delivery time;

-负责营销材料，展览；/Be responsible for Marketing material and exhibition;

-团队支持（订酒店，机票，火车票）；/Team support (Booking hotel, Flight, Train ticket);

-每月向上级提交工作报告；/Submit work report monthly to superior;

-如果有由总经理或销售经理指派的其他工作等等。/Other works assigned by GM or sales manager if necessary.

Requires:

汽车行业的经验/work experience in automotive industry

优秀的德语或英语能力/Excellent German or English
