非食品采购经理 Non food merchandiser Manager (excluding textile)
Mission / Assignment
Manage the non-food merchandiser team (excluding textile) to increase the business
? Propose and carry out company’s import strategy for all non food products except textile: household, electronic appliances, shoes, baby care, toys, decorations, cookware, cleaning, tableware etc » for Intermarché
? Propose good products according to the needs and the trends of French retail market
? Coordinate with quality department in Shanghai and French head office
Major responsibilities
1) Strategy/Plan of actions : 20%
-Define non-food import strategy for Intermarché with Asia Non Food manager by :
- Study and identify all needs requested by Intermarché in order to develop importable products ;
- Market & supplier knowledge development to meet all needs;
- Propose new import range which could interest Intermarché
- Work on annual turnover forecast with Asia Non-Food manager
? - Look out market evolution through his/her network or fairs and inform in real time his/her direct manager
? - Establish, develop and perpetuate a commercial network on his/her market
2) Follow up : 20%
? Drawing up and control all schedules with Intermarché ;
? Control all tenders completeness done by Intermarché before deliver to ITM import offices ;
? Set up all process and procedures e.g. suppliers portfolio and performance (suppliers selection based on quality, price and reliability) ;
? Carry out quality process needed and/or requested by Intermarché ;
? Follow up global schedule till final ETD;
? Set up all business trip (suppliers, products, negotiation, fairs) with Intermarché Buyers and merchandisers
? Keep direct manager informed (weekly, monthly reports and mission reports) on division performance and recommend action to improve
? Following up orders of one or two categories if necessary
3) Management : 40%
? Apply all Mousquetaires policies ;
? Manage non-food merchandisers (excluding textile), coordinate with China non-food quality team and suppliers activities
? Working closely with her/his team to achieve the above goals and objectives
Performances ? Turnover development on his/her market ;
? Delivery rate regarding all orders received;
? Relevance of non-food purchase strategy applied
? Communication between Intermarché buyers and other departments of ITM import offices ;
? Good follow up of schedule defined by Intermarché buyers
? Good follow up of the purchase orders
? Efficient support to Asia Non Food manager
Management ? 4 to 8 people
Qualifications ? Compulsory
? Europe products / market knowledge
? Non-food specialize stores and supermarket knowledge
? Import process (documentation, quotas, norms, quality)
? Team organization and management
? Mandarin, English, French is a plus
? Majors skills
? Purchase skills
? Successful experience in non-food merchandising with a broad knowledge of non-food industry
? Commercial abilities (effective verbal and written)
? Initiative spirit
? Non-food Quality knowledge
? Organizational abilities
? Relationship abilities
? Adaptability
? Administrative and organization skills
Education ? College or above education
? 5 to 15 years working experience in Non-food industry, out of which at least 3 years in supervisory position
? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
