职位描述：
This position is responsible for the regional pre- and post sales tech. and application support of products and for making customers satisfaction in product line in Shanghai.

Finance
1. To Support Territory Manager and distributor to achieving area’s annual sales target
Operation
1. Completes the corresponding product training task
2. Demonstrates competency in conducting presentation and seminars for sales support in Nanjing. Anhui Etc.
3. Obtain and analyze market information
4. Provide answer for the application of the customer problems
Marketing
1. Supporting marketing team to implement marketing plan in tech. Support aspects.
2. update customer database Supporting marketing team in promotion activities such as seminar, exhibition / conference, workshop
Customer Service
1. Maintains and reviews customer records
2. Provide excellent after sales support in Tech. and application aspects.
Quality
1. Investigates Quality Problem Reports where non-compliance is discovered
2. Embraces the Bio-Rad quality philosophy
