1、接收客户订单，并向操作部门或供应商传达客户操作指令。

2、根据客户需求，编制客户需求操作方案，并对执行部门传达，满足客户需求。

3、跟踪货物操作情况，及时解决不可预见的问题，减少对客户造成的负面影响。

4、处理客户的投诉事件，做好投诉记录并及时上报。

5、统计并及时上报客户每月账单，降本增效。

6、负责客户文件资料收集、传递、监督、执行、分类、整理、建档和保管工作。

7、每月对客户做客户满意度调查，对客户信息和意见做出整改与完善报告。

8、维护、接待客户现场负责人员关系，挖掘客户潜在业务。

9、完成上级领导临时交办的其它任务。

任职资格：

1、物流相关经验1年以上。

2、口齿清晰、普通话标准，语言表达能力、文字表达能力、沟通能力较强。

3、能熟练操作电脑，熟练使用EXCEL 。

4、掌握国内地理知识,了解各种运输方式及操作特点。

5、工作认真负责，主动性强，有较强的学习能力。

上班地址：上海市嘉定区嘉定区南翔镇惠平路125-3号；

工作时间：每周六天；
