3、input the order to ERP system
4、order delivery schedule control
5、contact with sub-supplier for the order inspection date
6、communicate with customer, delivery, artwork,spec. sheet,

职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、洽询海运费，拖车费等，并作好详细记录，
2、进行月度及年度货量统计
3、根据货期安排订舱，拖车，
4、船公司，车队异常情况协调及关系维护，
5、负责外协单位与内部职能单位的沟通协调及异常费用确认，
6、船期查询及公布，
7、负责新物流供应商的开发，基础信息收集，档案建立及准入资质评估，
8、负责物流供应商及其他外协合作单位（包括车队，船公司，报关行，仓库）考核数据的收集， 定期进行考核评估，并反馈考核结果，进行分级及归档，
任职资格：
大专以上学历，
国贸、物流、海事、海支相关事业，
至少三年以上船务工作经验，
外贸行业，物流行业，工厂（具有进出口项目）行业工作经验，
良好的谈判技巧，沟通协调能力，
熟悉外贸流程，要求英语听书读写流利，性格温和，为人诚实，可靠，自律，责任心强，工作细心，勤奋，适应能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神，能承受较大工作压力，能熟练操作各类基本办公软件。 举报 分享
